5 Tips for Healthy Eye and Maintaining Good Eyesight
Good eyesight begins with good and healthy food. So, eat nutritious food containing omega-3 fattyacids, vitamins C and E, iron, zinc, lutein etc., which can be found in leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage, letuce, greens, coriander, mint,etc.

Natural Remedies for Your Eye Problem
1] Everyday massage your eyebrows for 10 minutes in the morning, afternoon and evening. No eyebrow shaping for ladies ( I know now-a-days every one of us do it, but if you want to follow you can go ahead & do it).
2] Often applying tap water or running water on your eye lids, when ever you feel it's dry. This cools your eye and eye lids.
3] Interlock your fingers and rest it on your eyes without pressing your palm on the eyes. This would relax your eyes and even your neck from strain.
4] Keep blinking your eyes whenever you find time, so that eye gets back energy by doing this.
5] Rotate your eye balls in all directions. This movement relaxes your eye nerves and helps in good circulation of blood.
And another important advice given by the Yoga Teacher was to stop eating non-veg for atleast 3 complete months to see it's real effect. But I know we can't follow this step, but trying is worth.
